Sustainable campus
In the case of the university, whose technical infrastructure consists of 24 buildings with a total floor area of more than 84564 m2, the main challenge is to reduce the energy consumption required for heating/cooling and lighting of the facilities.
The university’s campus is also a huge space between buildings, which requires significant investment in lighting and greenery maintenance.
For many years, we have been working to significantly reduce the consumption of all utilities. At the same time, the possibility of obtaining energy from alternative sources is being explored on the occasion of new investments or renovations.
The measures with the greatest impact on reducing the energy needs of buildings are thermal upgrading works.
