Equality, Respect, and Safety
We create an environment where everyone can feel safe, be treated with respect, and have equal opportunities for development.
For us, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) are not just values-they are reflected in concrete actions. We support diversity, ensure fair treatment, and foster a culture of openness across the entire academic community. We respond to instances of discrimination, carry out educational initiatives, and develop solutions that enhance accessibility and strengthen a sense of belonging.
Our goal is for every individual – regardless of their background, identity, or circumstances – to actively participate in university life and realize their full potential in an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect.

Team for Equal Treatment and Anti-Discrimination
The Team has been established to initiate and implement activities aimed at promoting equality, diversity, tolerance, and the protection of human rights across the entire academic community and its wider environment.
Its key responsibilities include developing strategies, policies, and programmes that support the creation of an inclusive organisational culture—one in which every individual is respected, valued, and treated with dignity.
