Please note: Appointments must be arranged by email at least two days in advance.

Areas of responsibility:
– removal from the register of students,
– resumption of studies, including for the purpose of taking the diploma examination,
– transfers between degree programmes,
– transfers between modes of study (full-time/part-time),
– all types of leave of absence,
– restricted access to diploma theses,
– cooperation with the Student Government and student organisations.

Responsibilities of the Vice-Deans for Student Affairs

The Vice-Deans for Student Affairs are responsible for:
– all individual student matters, except for removal from the register of students, resumption of studies, transfers between degree programmes, transfers between modes of study (full-time/part-time), leaves of absence and restricted access to a diploma thesis;
– supervision of course assessments and examinations,
– authorising course assessments or examinations to be held on a date other than the approved date,
– appointing diploma examination committees,
– reviewing student complaints and requests,
– interpreting regulations at students’ request,
– mediating disputes between students and University staff.

Diplomas are issued in person to the graduate or to an authorised representative holding a notarised power of attorney issued in their name, in accordance with Rector’s Order No. 133/2021.
