Join us for the next meeting in the “WUEB Alumni – the Power of Inspirations” series! On May 18, our guest will be Edyta Kołodziejczyk – a WUEB graduate, Directof of the Leasing Office at ING Leasing, and a leader with over 20 years of experience in the finance and leasing industry.
In her daily work, she combines strategic thinking with practical leadership, focusing on trust, responsibility, and partnership-based leadership. She is particularly interested in the impact of new technologies on the future of work, managerial decision-making, and organizational development.
She is also a graduate of MBA and AI_managers programs, a member of the Working Group for Artificial Intelligence at the SME Ombudsman’s Entrepreneurs Council, and the Chair of the Audit Committee of the BCB4 Association. She actively participates in discussions on the role of women in business, labor market transformation, and responsible leadership. She is eager to share her experience with young people, showing that inspiration often comes from the courage to ask questions, make mistakes, and find your own path 💡
