Prof. Przemysław Skulski: should Poland have nuclear weapons?

In Radio Wrocław’s programme “Różne punkty słyszenia”, dr hab. Przemysław Skulski, prof. UEW, explained why this debate cannot be answered with a simple “yes” or “no”. The WUEB expert discussed costs, political risks, the importance of alliances and the real effectiveness of deterrence. 

It is a conversation about security that requires more than emotion and declarations. It requires cold calculation.
