Prof. dr hab. Ewa Stańczyk-Hugiet, dhc

Ewa Stańczyk-Hugiet – professor at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, where she heads the Department of Advanced Research in Management. She is a researcher and expert in strategic management, knowledge management, enterprise competence, inter-organizational networks, business ecosystems, coopetition and other specific issues in strategic management and management methods. Her teaching specialty is strategic management and research methodology.

She is actively involved in promoting scientific personnel. She has promoted 13 PhDs.

Author or co-author of more than 300 publications in prestigious Polish and international publications and scientific journals. Originator and manager of grants funded by the National Science Center, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and from European Union funds. She has served as dean of the faculty and pro-rector. In addition, during the 2016-2020 term, she was a member of the Presidium, and since 2020 has been deputy chairman of the Committee on Organization and Management Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (two terms).

Winner of awards from the Minister of Science and the Rector of the university for scientific, organizational and teaching achievements, in 2023. She received the dignity of an honorary doctorate from the WSB Academy .
