We are proud to announce that Professor Katarzyna Piwowar-Sulej has received the Minister of Science Award for significant achievements in scientific activity.
The formal presentation of the diploma took place during this year’s ceremony, which brought together leading representatives of the Polish academic community.
The award committee recognised Professor Piwowar-Sulej’s contribution to the development of contemporary management concepts. Her body of work, including numerous publications in JCR-indexed journals, focuses on areas such as Green HRM (the alignment of HR strategy with ESG goals), Digital HR (automation and analytics in HR processes), and future skills in the era of Industry 5.0.
This distinction confirms the status of the Wrocław University of Economics and Business as a centre generating research with a high degree of innovation and societal relevance.
