At the beginning of the project “IMPACT: Boosting capacity to manage international projects at V4 Universities”, funded by the Visegrad Fund, the inaugural meeting of the project consortium will take place. A five-member delegation will represent each partner institution.
The IMPACT: Meet-up conference, scheduled for September 11, 2025, at Obuda University in Budapest, will have an intimate format, fostering experience-sharing and the building of direct relationships. Its central theme will be the presentation “What makes us special”, in which each partner will showcase their unique practices and solutions in project management – from division of responsibilities and monitoring, through application procedures and risk management, to the placement of projects within the university structure. The presentations will be an opportunity to highlight innovative methods that deliver results and can inspire other institutions.
