Research and teaching employee at the University of Economics in Wroclaw and Business. From 2022 Dean of the Branch of University of Economics and Business. His research interests mainly concern quality management, especially issues related to standardized management systems, business excellence, methods and techniques of continuous improvement and Quality 4.0.

He has participated in scientific and teaching internships abroad, including at Aalborg University (Denmark), University of Malaga (Spain), European University of Lisbon (Portugal), Technical University of Liberec (Czech Republic) and Roma Tre University (Italy). Author of more than 100 scientific studies (monographs and articles) published both in Poland and abroad. Consultant, auditor, assessor and business trainer.
