He conducts research in areas related to quality and nutritional value as well as food safety.
In addition, he deals with the application of new technologies in food production and issues related to the reorganization of the food system towards its sustainable development, allowing the development of solutions that can provide societies with healthy food of high and reproducible quality.
Author or co-author of articles in international scientific journals thematically related to areas of research.
