Head of the Department of Accounting, Reporting and Financial Analysis at the Faculty of Management, Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. Vice-Rector for Finance and Development (term 2020-2024). He specializes in finance and accounting, with a focus on cost management, performance measurement, financial reporting and analysis, financial management, company valuation, management accounting and controlling.

For many years he worked for a consulting firm, where he was engaged in economic consulting for various companies and institutions. He is the author of expert opinions and economic studies and restructuring programs. He is a member of the Association of Accountants in Poland, the European Accounting Association and the Performance Management Association.
