Prof Małgorzata Krzywonos joins the COST BRASSCHI Management Committee

Prof. dr hab. inż. Małgorzata Krzywonos of Wroclaw University of Economics and Business has joined the Management Committee of the European COST network BRASSCHI.

She will contribute her expertise in the circular economy, food upcycling, and the environmental and economic assessment of innovation to work on more resilient and sustainable food systems.
