WUEB reviewed the implementation of the Strategy 2030

On 2 March 2026, Wroclaw University of Economics and Business held a strategic review focused on the implementation of the WUEB Strategy 2030. The meeting addressed the University’s development priorities and the actions planned for the coming years across research, education, building an organisational culture that fosters dignified employment conditions and staff development, external engagement, internationalisation, digitisation and sustainable development.

As part of updating its approach to implementing the Strategy 2030, the University is strengthening how progress is monitored at lower levels of the organisation. This includes consistent definitions of indicators, regular progress reviews and organising initiatives so that they are clearly assigned to strategic directions. This is part of the University’s broader work to improve the quality of management and operational processes across WUEB.

The review covered initiatives supporting research development and academic careers, projects aimed at improving the quality and flexibility of education, and solutions strengthening collaboration with alumni and external partners. In internationalisation, the University highlighted actions designed to increase WUEB recognition internationally and reinforce academic standards. Priorities in building an organisational culture that fosters dignified employment conditions and staff development, digitisation and process automation were also presented, alongside projects focused on energy efficiency and cooperation with the local community.

Strategic reviews are conducted regularly at the University. They form part of WUEB’s systematic approach to institutional development through 2030.
