We are proud to announce that Professor Krzysztof Jajuga, Head of the Department of Financial Investments and Risk Management at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, has been awarded the Prime Minister’s Prize for lifetime academic achievement.
This prestigious national distinction recognises outstanding contributions to science with significant national and international impact. Professor Jajuga was honoured in the most esteemed category – for achievements in scientific activity, including applied research and academic leadership.
The award acknowledges his longstanding work in the fields of statistics, data analysis, and quantitative finance, and their applications in economics and management. The jury also highlighted his contribution to training future generations of researchers and building the Polish school of economic sciences.
