On June 4, 2025, Wroclaw University of Economics and Business was awarded the international institutional accreditation CEEMAN International Quality Accreditation (IQA) for the maximum period of six years.
CEEMAN IQA is one of the most highly regarded institutional accreditations in the field of management education. Holding the CEEMAN IQA accreditation confirms the prestige, high quality, and effective governance of a higher education institution. It is a recognition of WUEB’s continuous efforts to improve the quality of education, develop research activities, foster innovation, and strengthen international cooperation. The re-accreditation also represents a positive evaluation of the University’s progress and the changes implemented since the initial accreditation in 2017.
The CEEMAN IQA Peer Review Team gave a very positive assessment of the self-evaluation report and the site visit, emphasizing that “during the interviews, representatives of WUEB engaged in a well-balanced discussion about the institution’s strengths and areas for improvement, identifying directions and presenting concrete proposals to achieve its goals.”
The Peer Review Team acknowledged, among other things, that WUEB is student-focused and implements a modern approach to teaching and learning while building strong ties with the business community. The Peer Review Team praised the University’s staff for their flexibility, adaptability, enthusiasm, loyalty, and sincerity. It also highlighted institutional support for international accreditations and the emphasis placed on their developmental nature. Furthermore, the Peer Review Team appreciated WUEB’s strong commitment to responsible practices and continuous enhancement of teaching and research quality.

CEEMAN is an international organization whose main goal is to enhance the quality of management education. Established in 1993, CEEMAN has offered its international accreditation program for business schools – CEEMAN IQA – since 1998. Today, it is a global network of management development institutions interested in the quality of education and innovation in this field, as well as in a broad range of topics related to change. The network includes 200 members from 50 countries across Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
