The target beneficiary of the project is the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, while the participants include students (primarily representatives of groups with the highest drop-out rates), as well as teaching and teaching-and-research staff. Secondary beneficiaries include secondary school students.
The project aims to mitigate the negative effects of factors identified in the Analysis of the Drop-out Phenomenon at WUEB, with particular emphasis on activities targeted at groups with the highest drop-out rates and individuals who play a key role in reducing this phenomenon.
In addition, the project introduces a mechanism for continuous and structured monitoring and management of drop-out risk within the University’s operations. The regular implementation of these activities will enable a better understanding of stakeholders’ needs and facilitate the planning of future measures tailored to rapidly changing technological, educational, and economic conditions.
Key project outputs and results:
- 2 tools designed to minimize drop-out risk,
- 72 information meetings for secondary school students,
- 970 sessions: remedial classes and psychological consultations,
- 5 systemic organizational solutions.
The project is funded by the European Union under the European Funds for Social Development Plus (FERS) programme. EuropeanFunds #EU
