Moje główne zainteresowania badawcze to:

–  zarządzanie strategiczne w organizacjach różnego typu (biznes i NGO),
–  style myślenia menedżerów,
–  dojrzałość organizacyjna, oraz
–  zrównoważona strategia.

Lubię modele integralne i podejście paradoksalne w badaniach i w dyskusji. Mam doświadczenie bycia kierowniczką i wykonawczynią grantów NCN i NCBiR. Jestem autorką książki „Warsztat stratega” (Wolters Kluwer). Mam również 10-letnie doświadczenie w doradztwie biznesowym i NGO.

Jestem entuzjastką spersonalizowanej edukacji. Jej cele udaje mi się realizować między innymi w ramach pełnionych zadań: Pełnomocniczki Rektora ds. Mikropoświadczeń, Menedżerki kierunku Business Management oraz akredytowanej tutorki akademickiej (BIPS – Biznesowy Indywidualny Program Studiów). Jestem certyfikowaną trenerką FRIS – Style Myślenia oraz Moderatorką Design Thinking (Design Thinking Insititute).

My main research interests are:

–  strategic management of businesses and NGO’s
–  strategic thinking styles,
–  organisational maturity, and
–  sustainable strategy.

I like integral models and paradoxical approaches in research and discussion. I have experience as a principal and co-investigator of NCN and NCBiR grants, and I am the author of the book „Warsztat stratega” (Wolters Kluwer). I also have ten years of experience in business and NGO consulting.

I am an enthusiast of personalised education. I realise its goals as the Rector’s Representative for Micro-credentials, Head of the Business Management Programme and accredited academic tutor (BIPS – Business Individual Programme of Studies). I am a certified FRIS Thinking Styles instructor and Design Thinking Moderator (Design Thinking Institute).
