Patrycja Paleń-Tondel, M.Sc Eng. is a lecturer and researcher at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, specializing in organizational behavior and human resource management. Her research focuses on diversity, values alignment, and multigenerational dynamics in the workplace. She has co-authored publications on topics such as employer value propositions, generational differences in the labour market, and non-standard employment forms. Patrycja actively participates in international academic programs and integrates innovative teaching and research methods into her practice.
