Sylwia Stanczyk is an associate professor at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, Department of Transformation and Development of Organization, Poland. Her research was published in the European Management Journal, Industrial Marketing Management, International Journal of Contemporary Management, Journal of Organizational Change Management, International Review of Management and Business Research, and International Journal of Social Science Research.
She authored two monographs and several methodological book chapters on triangulation. Her recent research interests are rooted in a relational approach within strategic management and focus on business ecosystems, network identity, and relationship dynamics.
