„During accreditation, one business school shifted from meeting requirements to using management tools for better decisions and continuous improvement” – write Bogusława Drelich-Skulska, Anna H. Jankowiak, and Maria Knecht-Tarczewska in the latest article published in the AACSB Insights magazine.
The article discusses how the AACSB accreditation process encouraged WUEB to strengthen evidence-informed decision-making, reinforce the role of Strategy 2030 in institutional governance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the university.
It also illustrates how data, strategic planning, and shared responsibility can support institutional development, enhance educational quality, and strengthen the university’s international position.
