Among economics universities, WUEB ranked third nationwide.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WUEB performed strongest in research effectiveness. In this criterion \u2014 which carries the highest weight of all assessed areas in the ranking methodology \u2014 the university ranked second among economics universities in Poland. WUEB also ranked eighth nationwide in acquiring external research funding.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The university achieved the highest score among public economics universities in obtaining funding from European Union programmes, reflecting its capacity to compete for international research financing and build scientific partnerships.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WUEB\u2019s strong position is also reflected in graduate outcomes. The ranking takes into account both graduate earnings and employment rates.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several degree programmes also performed strongly. Logistics ranked second in Poland. Finance and Accounting and International Relations placed seventh, while Management and Computer Science tied for ninth.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our key results:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3rd among economics universities in Poland<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rise from 5th to 3rd place among economics universities over two years\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>39th in the Perspektywy 2026 Academic Universities Ranking \u2014 third consecutive year of advancement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2nd among economics universities in research effectiveness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8th in Poland for acquiring external research funding\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highest score among public economics universities for EU programme funding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Five degree programmes in the national top ten, including Logistics in 2nd place\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThis ranking result confirms that a consistently pursued development strategy delivers measurable outcomes. We are particularly pleased with the strong assessment of our research effectiveness and the positions of our degree programmes \u2014 these matter directly to prospective students. We offer education that is modern, practice-oriented and closely aligned with the labour market, which translates into strong career prospects for our graduates.
