The 2026 Positive Impact Rating brings precisely this perspective into view.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wroclaw University of Economics and Business has been included in the international 2026 Positive Impact Rating, achieving Level 3, or Progressing School status. This year\u2019s edition rated 87 business schools from 32 countries across five continents.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>PIR differs from conventional rankings. It does not produce a league table. Schools are grouped into five levels, and the published result is based primarily on the student voice. Students assess their institution through everyday experience: the quality of education, institutional culture, learning methods, student support, public engagement and the coherence between what the university communicates about itself and how it operates.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For prospective students, PIR shows how the University is assessed by those who already study there. For employers, it signals the environment in which future graduates are educated. For business and institutional partners, it indicates whether a business school can connect education, research and responsibility towards its external environment with the practice of how it works.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A new element in the 2026 edition is the fuller inclusion of the academic staff perspective. In a separate survey, faculty assess, among other things, whether research helps to improve understanding of significant societal challenges, whether it is developed in collaboration with external partners, and whether the institution recognises its relevance to the external environment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cWhat is particularly important about the Positive Impact Rating is that the University is assessed by those who experience it every day. This is a valuable perspective for prospective students, employers and partners, because it shows not only what the University communicates about itself, but also whether the way it operates is visible in the quality of education, organisational culture, student support and relations with the external environment. For WUEB, this is an important point of reference and, at the same time, a commitment to continue working on how we are experienced by our community.\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prof. dr hab.
