Secondary beneficiaries include secondary school students.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project aims to mitigate the negative effects of factors identified in the <em>Analysis of the Drop-out Phenomenon at WUEB<\/em>, with particular emphasis on activities targeted at groups with the highest drop-out rates and individuals who play a key role in reducing this phenomenon.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> In addition, the project introduces a mechanism for continuous and structured monitoring and management of drop-out risk within the University\u2019s operations. The regular implementation of these activities will enable a better understanding of stakeholders\u2019 needs and facilitate the planning of future measures tailored to rapidly changing technological, educational, and economic conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key project outputs and results:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 tools designed to minimize drop-out risk,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>72 information meetings for secondary school students,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>970 sessions: remedial classes and psychological consultations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 systemic organizational solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is funded by the European Union under the European Funds for Social Development Plus (FERS)\u00a0programme.
