It is a sign of trust that dr Szymon Mazurek, Associate Professor at WUEB, has earned among students and academic communities across Poland.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The distinction was awarded as part of the 2025 National Education Poll, organized by the &#8220;Gazeta Wroc\u0142awska&#8221; editorial office and the Polska Press Group. The rankings are based entirely on public voting.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dr Szymon Mazurek, Associate Professor at WUEB<\/strong>, is an economist specializing in <strong>digital economy, platform markets, international ecommerce, and Asia\u2013Europe economic relations<\/strong>.\u00a0He is the <strong>Director of the Asia\u2013Pacific Research Center<\/strong> and a member of the <strong>Department of International Economic Relations<\/strong> at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has lectured internationally in Japan (Seikei University, Kanagawa University, Takasaki City University of Economics), Hungary, and the Czech Republic.\u00a0His research covers <strong>organizational innovation, platform economics, crowdsourcing, and network-based business models<\/strong>.\u00a0In his teaching, he combines global economic issues with critical thinking and student engagement:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Studying is not just about gaining knowledge \u2013 that\u2019s only a few clicks away. A university is a place for encounters, exploration, and growth in one\u2019s own unique direction. I simply try not to get in the way \u2013 says prof. Mazurek.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>This distinction is not only a personal success. It also confirms that <strong>teaching built on trust, accessibility, and intellectual rigor remains a pillar of education at WUEB<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
