He designs and delivers courses that foster creativity and deepen understanding of the contemporary world, promotes knowledge dissemination, and supports students in their academic and personal development as a thesis supervisor and academic society advisor. His areas of expertise include social policy, cross-sector collaboration, and global social challenges.<br><br>He has many years of experience working with students and members of the academic community, and collaborates with representatives of business and public institutions. He holds a degree in Management and is a certified business trainer. He serves as the Equal Treatment Officer, is a member of the Social Communication Program Council, and a member of The Academic Network for Safety and Equality.<br><br>In his professional work, he is guided by the principles of equality, respect, transparency, and responsibility, supporting the development of an academic community in which every individual is equally valued.<br><br>In his free time, he enjoys walking and photography, exploring and capturing the diversity and significance of the world around us. Responsible for organising training sessions and development initiatives for WUEB employees, onboarding new staff, creating educational materials, and supporting projects aimed at strengthening the academic community.<br>Specialises in employee development, communication, and workplace wellbeing, with a particular focus on neurodiversity and inclusivity. Combines a background in psychology with a practical approach to communication and professional development. Has experience working with diverse groups in both educational and business environments. Holds a Master\u2019s degree in Psychology.<br><br>In her work, she is guided by the principles of equality, accessibility, and mutual respect, focusing on initiatives that have a real impact on people and contribute to building a collaborative and open environment.<br><br>Privately, she has been connected with music since childhood in its various forms and is a graduate of a first-level music school. Her academic, teaching, and social activities focus on sustainable development, intercultural education, and social and international cooperation.<br>She has experience working with students, the academic community, and both national and international partners, gained through teaching, participation in research projects, and numerous international internships and research stays, including in Italy, the Czech Republic, Portugal, and Hungary. She is a co-founder of the Akra Foundation, where she is involved in implementing educational, social, and development projects in Ghana, aimed at counteracting exclusion and discrimination.<br><br>In her work, she is guided by the principles of equality, respect, accessibility, and responsibility.<br><br>In her free time, she travels off the beaten track in an ethical and responsible way, with respect for local communities and their cultures. She designs and delivers courses that integrate law and finance, promotes knowledge dissemination, and supports student development as a tutor in the BIPS program and a business trainer. Her expertise lies in public finance, with a particular focus on the public funding of culture, which constitutes her main research area. She has many years of professional experience and collaborates with representatives of both the business sector and public institutions. She serves as the Rector\u2019s Plenipotentiary for Cultural Activity at the university. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Wroc\u0142aw.<br><br>In her work, she is guided by the principles of equality, respect, transparency, and responsibility, contributing to the development of an academic community in which everyone is equally valued.<br><br>In her free time, she enjoys walking, sailing, and practicing yoga. Responsible for supporting the creation of a conscious and inclusive academic environment through the development of managerial competencies and the strengthening of organisational culture.<br>Specialises in leadership competency assessment and development, coaching processes, and building an organisational culture based on diversity. Has extensive experience working with managerial staff, teams, and participants in development programmes in both business and academic settings.<br>She is a graduate of management and development-related studies and a certified ICC and CoachWise coach. She is also a facilitator and mentor, holding numerous certifications, including Gallup, Extended DISC, MBTI, and Growing Pains Strategy.<br><br>In her work, she is guided by the principles of equality, respect, accessibility, and responsibility, supporting the development of a safe and inclusive academic environment.<br><br>In her private life, she is passionate about travel, reading, diving, and painting. Has experience working with diverse groups and supporting cooperation within the academic environment.<br>She is a graduate of German Studies, Management, and postgraduate managerial studies, as well as the Digital Accessibility School, and is a certified digital accessibility auditor in accordance with WCAG standards. She is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with the University&#8217;s social, economic, and educational stakeholders. Her work includes developing communication strategies as well as marketing and branding campaigns.<br>An experienced trainer in public speaking and personal presentation, she has many years of practice in coaching effective communication. She also works as a voice-over artist, presenter, and master of ceremonies for academic and cultural events.<br>She graduated in Journalism and Social Communication from the University of Wroc\u0142aw. In her private and academic pursuits, she is the author of books and scholarly and journalistic publications on post-war Polish literature.
