Dozens of people representing our University community analyzed key challenges and helped define our shared priorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The strategy provides a framework for key initiatives and projects, which will include specific goals, metrics and assigned budgets. Every six months, we will conduct a review of the activities implemented at the University. This will be served by strategic reviews involving the authorities and a broad representation of our University community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In view of the strategy formula thus adopted, this document presents the University&#8217;s vision, mission, shared values, strategic priorities and the mechanism for their realization.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover alignfull
