Until repayment starts, the state covers the cost of the loan and subsidizes interest throughout the entire repayment period.<br><br>The repayment period is twice as long as the loan disbursement period, which results in lower monthly instalments. For example, if a student received PLN 800 per month, the later monthly instalment will be approximately PLN 400.<br><br><strong>Loan Forgiveness Options<\\\/strong><br>The best-performing graduates may qualify for forgiveness of up to 50% of the loan value. This applies to students who graduate in the top 10 percent of their cohort.
